This file will be (re)generated automatically when you start your SPT server.
After your first server start it will list every quest as:

    Quest Name [Trader] = questId

Copy the questId of any quest you want MoreCheckmarks to ignore into the
"excludedQuestIds" array in config.json (in this same folder).
