Raid Seasons v0.7.60 uses the user-provided SPT UI Refresh 2.3.0 source as a
technical/source reference for development-only native main-menu visibility
controls (version label, PVE/game-mode button, beta warning, and group widget).

The Raid Seasons implementation is reorganized into independent fail-open
patch adapters plus a local visibility controller. SPT UI Refresh itself and
its compiled DLL are not bundled or required at runtime.
